 鼓励终身学习,汇润为员工创造在职学习的机会

 Encourage lifelong learning; ACHR creates opportunities for employees to get in-service training

近年来,汇润为不断打造学习型企业,在公司树立终生学习的理念,一直鼓励员工立足岗位工作,通过不断学习提升专业技能和管理水平。一方面,公司逐年加大对生产员工和管理人员的培训工作,与国内知名培训机构和高等院校合作,聘请专家和教授对员工进行大量有针对性的现代企业管理方面的培训。另一方面,公司还积极创造条件,为员工提供在职带薪学习的机会。公司员工也意识到不断学习的重要性,渐渐形成了立足岗位、不断学习、提升自我的氛围,一大批员工主动寻找多种渠道学习充电。

Over these years, in order to build it into a learning organization, ACHR has been promoting an idea of lifelong learning, encouraging employees to improve their technical skills and management level through continuous learning based on their position-related works. One hand, ACHR has been investing more and more on training for production employees and managers. Based on cooperation with famous training agencies and universities in China, she has invited a number of experts and professors to give much effectual training on modern management. On the other hand, ACHR has been actively creating conditions to provide opportunism for employees to receive education with pay. And employees of ACHR also are highly aware of the importance of constant learning and they have created an atmosphere of self-improvement via constant learning based on their current jobs. And a large number of employees initiatively look for multiple channels to study.

 

恰逢开发区管委会组织企业参加中国人民大学商学院研修班,汇润借用这次难得的机会继续在公司营造“工作与学习有机结合”的浓厚氛围。不但积极组织符合条件的管理人员报名参加培训班,还创造条件,提供带薪学习的机会,为参加研修班的员工支付高额的研修班学费。

As the Administrative Commission of TEDZ (the Technological & Economic Development Zone) organizes enterprises to attend the EMBA program by the Business School of the Renmin University of China, ACHR continues to create a strong atmosphere of “integrating learning with job” inside the Company by virtue of this chance. ACHR not only actively organizes qualified management to apply for the program, but also creates conditions by offering management with paid learning opportunity, paying high tuition for those applicants to attend the EMBA program.

 

一大批普通员工也不忘学习,报名参加了高起专远程教育班的企业管理、物流等专业的学习。为鼓励这种主动学习的精神,公司给他们报销一定金额的学费并为其提供学习便利。

A large number of employees are also keen to study and they register for courses on Corporate Management and Logistics and other majors via remote educational system. ACHR reimburses certain amount of tuition for them and provides conveniences for the study for the purpose of encouragement.
