                                       ——汇润用演讲的形式开展全方位的“互学互比”

为不断完善人才队伍建设,提高团队的活力和整体竞争力,在思想碰撞中形成积极向上的企业文化,汇润一直在努力探索企业管理模式和员工培养体制的创新。公司内部进行演讲比赛是我们管理创新的新尝试之一。

In order to constantly perfect human resource building, improve team spirits and the overall corporate competitiveness and create an uplifting corporate culture, ACHR has always been making all its efforts to innovate the corporate management and personnel development systems. And speech contest is a kind of new trial for our management innovation.  

 

有比较才有鉴别,有压力才有动力!

Comparison makes distinction, and pressure may also be converted into a driving force!

 

2010年,汇润在公司全面举行了“我最成功的一次工作案例”演讲比赛,取得很大成功,在各部门发现了一批优秀人才。参赛员工对自己的工作加以提炼、总结,并产生互比,促进所有员工共同进步;部门之间的对比,促进部门领导者加大对部门员工的培养,浓厚了企业中你追我赶的学习和竞争氛围。

In 2010, a speech contest themed by “”My best job case” was held inside ACHR and this contest achieved a great success, a number of excellent talents were identified from different departments. Candidates for this contest concluded their work experiences and competed against each other, achieving a common progress among the staff. And the comparison among different departments facilitated department managements to strengthen their training for their employees, such a phenomena of competing each other among employees was seen across the Company with an atmosphere of competing and learning.

 

为在公司所有行政管理人员中形成集思广益的氛围,继续培养和选拔优秀人才进入领导岗位,2011年汇润又在行政人员中举行了“如果我是经理”演讲比赛。参赛选手立足于本部门工作,站在部门经理的高度,阐述自己在领导本部门完成公司目标和部门目标等方面的设想,理论联系实际,采取计划、控制、团队建设、激励等举措推进部门各项工作。由于选手们都来自于公司管理的第一线,他们在日常工作中最容易发现问题,这让作为评委的各部门经理得到不少启发。

In order to create an environment of pooling ideas among administrative personnel and train and select more excellent talents for management positions, ACHR carried out a speech contest themed by “If I am a manager” among administrative personnel. By focusing on their jobs and putting their feet in managers’ shoes, contestants presented their working plans and ideas in terms of how they will lead the whole department to accomplish corporate goals and department objectives. In their presentations, contestants did a good job in linking theories with practices, and they gave their ideas on how to advance different tasks for their departments, including measures such as plan, control, team building and motivations. Because all contestants are from front lines, it is easy for them to figure out problems in their daily works, and as judges, managers from different departments found much illumination in it.

 

薛肇江董事长在给演讲比赛作点评时说,千里马常有,而伯乐不常有,汇润要不断探索和制定出发现千里马的机制,在公司内部不断发现新的人才。企业文化不只是企业家个人的思想,更应该是企业家和公司员工思想互动和碰撞而产生的优秀理念。

When giving comments on the speech contest, the Chairman Mr. Xue said, “Talents are everywhere, however seldom can they be recognized”. He pointed out that ACHR shall keep studying and developing a system for talent recognition and try to discover more and more talents inside the Company. Corporate culture shall not only include personal ideas from the entrepreneur, but shall also include excellent ideas arising from the interaction and collision of ideas among the entrepreneur and employees.
