汇润机电企业管理基本原则》解读（一）

 Interpretation (I) of the Fundamentals for Corporate Management of ACHR

     现代企业的竞争力集中表现为以企业文化和科学管理为核心的企业团队竞争力，汇润机电要打造“世界一流的汽车电喷系统专业制造公司”，在不断激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，持续提升企业团队核心竞争力是我们的必由之路。因而，建立科学有效的现代企业管理制度是不可或缺的。2010年下半年，薛肇江董事长亲自操刀，汇润机电出台了《汇润机电企业管理基本原则》作为公司管理最基本的管理准则，在公司的行政人员中广泛进行了学习。

     The competitiveness of a modern enterprise is mainly reflected by the overall competitiveness with the enterprise as a team and with the corporate culture and scientific management as the core. To build itself into a “world class professional manufacturer specializing in auto electric fuel pump and to remain invincible in the increasingly fierce competition, the only road for ACHR is to constantly improve the core competence as a team. Then, it is a must for ACHR to establish effective modern enterprise management system. In the second half of 2010, authored by the Chairman Mr. Xue personally, ACHR published the Fundamentals for Corporate Management of ACHR as the elementary guideline and organized learning on this among administrative staff inside the Company.

     【原文】优秀企业管理者是德才兼备的精英，他们在工作中会遵循一些基本原则，我们汇润要成为世界一流的企业，必须有一批一流的企业管理者。

[Original text] Excellent corporate mangers are usually elites with both abilities and moral integrity. They shall comply with some basic principles in their work. If we want to build HUIRUN into a world class enterprise, we must have a group of first-class business managers. 

     【解读】这段话应该是整个企业管理基本原则的宗旨，它对汇润的管理人员提出了最总括性的素质要求。里面有三层含义：一是，科学、规范的现代企业，必须依靠一批懂得现代企业管理制度的优秀的管理者；二是，优秀的管理者的必须具备的基本素质要求：德才兼备，熟练掌握并遵循企业管理的基本原则；三是，汇润的目标就是成为世界一流的企业，因此要有科学、规范的现代企业管理方法和制度，所有的管理者必须德才兼备，熟练掌握并遵循企业管理的基本原则。

     [Interpretation] This sentence is the aim for all the elementary principles for the Company. It makes a most general requirement on abilities and skills for managers. We can identify three meanings in this sentence. Firstly, a scientific and standardized enterprise shall have a group of excellent managers who have knowledge on modern enterprise management systems. Secondly, basic qualities necessary for an excellent manager shall include: having both abilities and moral integrity, good mastery of and good compliance with fundamentals for enterprise management. Thirdly, with the aim to build itself into a world class enterprise, HUIRUN must have scientific and standardized methods and systems for modern enterprise management, and all mangers shall have both abilities and moral integrity, have a good mastery of and compliance with fundamentals for enterprise management. 

     【原文】无微不至为顾客、追求卓越无止境。有顾客企业才有存在的价值，没有顾客企业就没有价值。每个管理者必须为满足顾客要求把自己的工作做的尽善尽美。

     [Original text] Customer Oriented, Superior Quality Guided. Winning customers is the value for the existence of an enterprise. Every manager shall do his/her work as perfect as possible so as to meet demands from customers.

     【解读】汇润能够迅速在竞争激励的同行业中迅速崛起，靠的就是“无微不至为顾客，追求卓越无止境”的经营理念，始终以客户要求为关注焦点。作为公司的管理者，必须始终保持不断追求卓越的态度，为客户提供尽善尽美的产品和服务。这里的顾客或者客户，不仅仅是公司的外部客户，还包括公司内部的客户。只有追求尽善尽美的管理者，才会有不断胜出的企业。

     [Interpretation] The reason why ACHR is able to achieve a rapid rise among peers in fierce competition is its business philosophy of “Serving customers with great care and pursuing excellence with no limits”. ACHR has always been focusing on customer demands. Corporate executives shall always pursue excellence, providing products and services as perfect as possible for customers and clients. Here, customers not only refer to customers outside our company, but also include internal customers inside the Company. Only managers in pursuit of perfection may create a successful enterprise winning all the time!
